Violating these terms of use

I may have chosen a lenient and fair usage policy but that does not mean I'll let blatant violations of these terms of use slide. There is nothing on this site that may be used free of charge for your commercial gain and seeing companies leech off of my efforts tends to agitate me to a point where only legal ramblings will placate me. Equally, I'm not above going after non-commercial entities who violate the license, call it a hobby.
